Short trip to KL

Last week is PG public holiday, since got 3 days holiday (included weekend) so i decided go to KL to visit my ex-roommate. Went to KL at Saturday morning, reach there about noon and arrive my fren's hse at Kajang is abt 2 o'clock d. The train (STAR line n KTM) takes me more then 1hour. Phewwww.....

Ok, after that take bath and we went to Mid Valley for our shopping! Atleast we got result, both of us (me & my ex-roommate) bought some cloths... Hahaha... The next day, we got whole day to shop, so go to Time Square, Sg Wang, Low Yat etc. That day le we spend more time in Low Yat, bought a lot electrical stuffs, such as external HDD la (is cheap! 160GB for only RM 190 & included case), mouse la (2 of my wireless mouse already "commit suicide", so have to by new 1), car MP3 player, pendrive, what else kok ar??? Cham, forgot... Haha... After that, next stop is Pavilion! Main purpose to there is to eat "O ah mi sua" at food court, siao le~~ In the same time, we met local singer 钟胜忠 also having their dinner at there. But hor, not 1 can recognise him le! Surprise! Why we can see him is because he sit at our "10 o'clock" side, when my fren turn over to chat with me, sure she can see him. So lucky, but we din ask autograph from him la, scared ma... Night time went back Kajang, eat satay Kajang. Yum yum, especially lamp satay,whoa~~ really taste good (paiseh ar, i never try b4, hehehe)...

Fuel price increased - car pool??

Fuel price increased few weeks ago, I believe all of us who own a vehicle know the impact of fuel price increase. For myself, it was using hundred over for fuel but now i need to pay 200+ something each month.

I do not have cafe at my building so i have to go out for lunch everyday, and this is cost me a lot. Previously i use to drive car to fetch my fren from another building out for lunch everyday. Can say i drive everyday... Now, i lunch with my colleagues already. They use to be lunch with their frens last time. But now, we come out a strategy that we go for lunch together then we can have car pool concept. We take turn to be driver and i found it works (mission is to save fuel). As avarage, each only drive 1 time a week to go for lunch compare to last time we all use to drive out everyday. This does not include for Friday, becoz we have long hour lunch and normally will have lunch separately. Hee...

Now, i am looking for fren to car pool to go to work together (not same company also OK)... But looks like it is hard... Why? Coz most of the friends stay far far away from my house (those can make it)... Those stay nearest area?? Haha, honestly, they don't like car pool. Reason? A lot...

Haha... If you interested to car pool with me, remember to tell me... We can figure out... Even it cannot be works, atleast we try ma... Heheh...

Or those who is using car pool concept now to go work, pls do share your experience an thoughts with me! I would like to know :)

The day after tomorrow - team building

The day after tomorrow is my dept team building! As a organiser, now i am busy preparing everything... Personal stuffs, games equipment, food, etc... Make sure i already booked the boat... Where am i going for my team building? Haha... Pantai Keracut! Still remember been there few years back, now have chance to go again. So nice. Hehehe :) Already more then half year we didn't have the team building, normally we need to have it by quarterly, but hor previous organiser keep busy with his job and keep delays all the plan >>> end up, change organiser, and my team selected me to in charge of that. First time to do it, of cos got a bit pressure... So was nervous when started this task...

How i'm doing from start?? Ahharrr... Email with few option to all my dept members to choose where we want to go for team building . So Pantai Keracut is selected the most by team. Of cos, have to get management approval first before go on. It is out of my expectation that Boss are so excited, and directly approved! Haha... Then i planned the schedule, write down what are the basic personal stuffs that need to bring, transportation, booking boat, games etc. Come out a power point file for the whole plan and sent it to all the team members. (sound serious, huh?! Hehe) My company culture, everything have to come out a PPT. Use the PPT presented to them and everything work pretty smooth. Few bosses like my plan and presentation method. Hehe.. Got recognition ar? Kakkaa!! Not much objections on the plan. Just some of people is innoying, just ignore them. Ask them to be organiser so they can plan whatever they like. Ki hiao lo, don't want pulak but hor likes to kepo and keep complain this is not good that is not good at the back. Don't complain or perli people for 1 day, gatal liao.

Today i went to buy the gifts d, for games 1... And buy food as well, my portion is to prepare sausages, so bought 4 packs, ketchup & chilli sause... Wah hai, very heavy ar... Carry like siao cha bo... Lucky my car park at basement, if not duno how to carry le... Back to home, wrapped the gifts, prepare games equipment, prepare extra cloth, tower, sunblock, camera... Put inside my back pack... Ok, half of it already in my bag now... tomorrow just add in another half inside.

Ok, Pantai Keracut from morning to afternoon... What we going to do at the everning?? Haha... we are going to have buffet at Rasa Sayang. Yeh~~!! Hoorah!! Ah kong fund also, so happy boss did not reject this plan. Hehehe... All of us are very happy!

6th day of the injection

6th day of the injection. I still feel no energy on my knee... But compare to first 3 days, of cos, now is a little bit better. Last week, i still drive to work even my knee is still pain (is super duper PAIN). Why i didn't car pool with or seek help from other people??? Hmm... Frankly, i personally can say is "pai mia" kia. Damn hard for me to seek help from others! Why?? Lots lots reason that they gave me, for example: "cannot la, we back home different time, i cannot wait you eh", "different fase le, if i fetch u i will be late and waste petrol also" etc... As conclusion, buat la sampai kaki patah.

Last night i went to wedding dinner at Evergreen Hotel. After the dinner, when i on the way back, my knee suddenly got sharp pain! Gosh, i wish to stop at the side to rest but unfortunate, that time is "peak" hour at Gurney, there are no place for me to stop my car. Even drive along the Gurney drive, it already took me more then 1 hour only can came out from traffic trap. Traffic condition is seriously BAD! So i just tahan it until i reach my home. It is like nightmare to me. I did experienced before the pain when i was driving but this time is the worst!

Looks like the Physiotherapy is better than injection even the result is very slow (not much improvement). Everyday i still do the stretching (part of my physio treatment) to help recover sooner.

Another 3 days i will go for check up again. If there are no other way to do on my knee, i think i wan to stop to get consultation already. Let it cure automatically.

3rd consultation in LWEH - my knee

Almost 1 month I did not post any blog already, I apologize that. :)

Today I had doctor appoinment to have knee check up. Reach LWEH about 10am, first as normal register myself at the counter then went to outpatience room waiting for my name to be call. Ok, doctor haven't start in his office and I already see a lot of people are waiting. Until I have to take my seat far far from the room. You might wondering why got so much patient are waiting same doctor, I can tell you why... His name is Dr Tang, the only Orthopaedic & Sport Injuries Surgeon doctor (that's why so much people). He only start first outpatient at 11:40pm and ... mine is no.24!! Gosh~~ I need to wait until what time wor?? Some more today is the Close week for me to do May report (Finance need to do month end report - called Close Report), I was so nervous, always think to back office early to get all my work done... So the more panic, the slower the time "run"... When reach my turn, it is already 2pm! Oh man! I already waited 4 hours!!! Aiyo~~

When I get into the room, updates doctor about my condition, what is the improvement in this month (from previous consultation, already 1 month). Basically told doctor I do Ultrasound, Hot pack and stretching during my phydiotherapy. What is the result? 30 % improvement only. So, doctor suggested to have injection to diminish inflammation 消炎. I personally very scared to take injection (but I am a blood donor! Weird right?). My thought was the injection is just on knee surface, mana tau dostor told me it is quite "deep" so might have little pain... Little pain?? Ok la, trust him. When the needle was injected, it is not just "little pain". I can feel the needle is moving inside my knee muscle, like searching the correct part to inject. Oh god, that time already is "much much" pain already. I guess the needle is very deep into my muscle. The moment he inject the dos, a sharp pain and it is killing me! I shout and tears automatic come out. Walk out the room like "ar chi lok" style (can you imagine how siao lang am I?). Ok, go to casher and take my medicine (pain killer). Next appointment is next week, doctor want to see any improvement from the injection or not. If YES, then good. If NO, how ar????? I am wondering now, don't tell me need another injection, 1 time sudah cukup!! I really scared liao!!!

After everything done, walk to car park back office. Aiyo, how I going to drive like that?? I asked doctor what is the impact after injection? I can walk or not? Doctor said CAN, no impact. Mana tau, doctor see me kiddy kiddy, tipu me wor... (Hahahahhah!!!) I was pain like hell, cannot walk well, hard to drive. I just drive 60 km/h back office (this is the most slowest speed that I ever had on highway)... Break record... Hahahha!! Haiyo, I never drive so "su boon" 1 le... Hahha...

I don't know what improvement after this injection. I just hope the injection is help to reduce the bengkak & pain. And most important thing is no need to find the doctor back, no follow up consultation, no need to wait 4 hours for consultation, no more injection... Kakakak~~ pls pray for me to get well soon ya... ;)

Take bus 3A reach at Tai San Ba, very happening and crowded there, walk tru shoplots. Shoplots such as famous biscuit shop "Koi Kei" which sell different kind of biscuits, bak kua etc. People are crazy to promote their products and it is FOC to test eat. Believe it! You can eat as much as you want which no purchase anything... Another thing i must intro, Portugese Tart! It looks a bit "hangus" but it really taste good!! Each cost MOP 7 (MOP is Macau currency). Wish to have it now. Haha...

This is "Wo Tip" (read in cantonese). It looks like wan tan, but in fried type. Taste so-so lo. Hehehe... It cost MOP 10.

Before i post my Macau blog, can any 1 teach me to attached picture in the blog? I click on "attached image"button on the page but it seems like got error (cannot attached). Any 1 know how to solve it?? Pls help...

Where am I?

These few days few people asked where am I now... Penang or Macau??? From my blog mentioned I will go to Macau by end of the weekend and now can see me online again. Curious huh?? OK, to all my friends, now I officially in Macau la. Hahaha~~ Don't believe me? True man, you can go to my friedster to check out my latest photos, i just uploaded today.

You can see me online is because after came back from outside, already tired and got nothing to do, so?? Online looo... Now I was looking how to go to Ocean Park from Ferries pier. I gotto find out how to go by public transportation. Taking taxi will cost us a lot $$ and we need 2 taxis (7 of us)! Gosh, like that will cost us double! Cin cin cai cai also need hundred over for 1 taxi, I guess. So, after my "long" search (go to MRT, bus, ocean park, ferries etc website to check), I manage to get the informations how to use public transportation to Ocean Park. I hope that is the correct 1.

Meanwhile, I also looking what is the attraction in HK... I missed out to visit Victoria Peak! Oh god, why I so blur??!! I am not sure tomorrow after visit Ocean Park still got time for us to go Victoria Peak. I don't think so. It near Central, Peak Tram is just few mins walk from Central MRT Station or pay for shuttle bus of $4 to get there. Don't talk until that far yet. Hahaha...
