Yoga Daily Stretch

I believe who ever work in the office, sit all day long, some time will have shoulder/back pain. Not matter is guy or lady... Last night I had a very bad shoulder pain, pain whole night. I was thinking that time about whether Yoga can help on this and i also start thinking a regular Yoga stretch is a good exercise for health as well. So i started to search online for those simple poses for beginners. It is not very hard to do, i posted it here and you can refer it and do it at your own. To get better health life! I hope this yoga streatch will give result to relief shoulder/back pain.

Enjoy & have fun! (be carefull for all the stretch)

Yoga Daily Stretch

Pelvic Tilts

躺下(好像图中),把肚子吸压下(好像假装扮很瘦酱),然后回normal。 做10-20次。

Cat-Cow Stretches

Continue warming up the back with 5 to 10 Cat - Cow Stretches. The movement of the pelvis in a Cat - Cow is similar to a pelvic tilt, but the Cat - Cow stretches that movement along the entire spine.

Downward Facing Dog – Urdhva Mukha Svanasana

Press back into Downward Facing Dog. Pedal the legs, bending one knee and then the other, reaching each heel towards the floor. Settle into the pose and hold 5 to 10 breaths

Lunge

Step the right foot forward next to the right hand, coming into a low lunge. I like to drop the back knee down to the floor for a nice stretch in both hips. Step back to Downward Dog, and then step the left foot forward next to the left hand and take the lunge on this side. Come back to Downward Dog.

Mountain Pose & Raised Arms Pose

Walk the feet to the front of the mat until you are standing in a forward bend. Bend the knees and slowly roll up to stand in Mountain Pose - Tadasana. From here, I like to do several Half Sun Salutations. These are the first half of a Sun Salutation, before you step back. If you have the time and the inclination, you can do full Sun Salutations here.
From Mountian Pose, take the arms out to the side and up to the ceiling. Press the palms together, coming into Raised Arms Pose - Urdhva Hastasana.

Standing Forward Bend – Uttanasana

This is the rest of the Half Sun Salutation. Swan dive down into Standing Forward Bend - Uttanasana. Come up to a flat back with the fingertips on the floor or your hands on your shins, and then forward bend back into Uttanasana. To get a good hamstring stretch, do this slowly.
In Uttanasana, I like to do a few variations to bring myself deeper in to the pose. Try taking Yogi Toe Lock. Another good one is to bend the knees and bring the palms flat next to your feet. Then work on straightening the legs while keeping the palms flat. Make sure you are bringing weight into the balls of your feet so that your hips stay directly over your ankles.
Complete the Half Sun Salutation by coming back through Raised Arms into Mountain Pose. Do five or more Half Sun Salutation.

Pigeon Pose- Eka Pada Rajakapotasana

If you want a hip opener, do Pigeon Pose, placing padding under the seat as needed.

Yogi’s Choice

Take this opportunity to work on a pose that you want to improve, perhaps an inversion or arm balance. Just spending a few minutes a day on a difficult pose makes a huge difference as you gain confidence and work on your strength and flexibility.

Corpse Pose – Savasana

Spend a few minutes resting in Corpse Pose to let your body absorb the benefits of your practice before going on with your day.

Sakea Sushi

Last 2 days took my lunch at Sakea. Just wanna share some of the food :)

Chicken Bibimba
Taste: Sweet & Sour sauce on top of rice & chicken. Serve few types of vege in the bowl (Sorry, due to we all very hungry, we already mixed the chicken & rice together :P)
Teriyaki Chicken Don
Taste: Chicken meat with teriyaki sauce on the rice. Smooth & little sweet on the first bite! Nice~

Salmon Nigiri
Taste: Salmon slide on the rice. Just love it.

Salmon Sashimi
Taste: Thick salmon slide. Fresh and price are reasonable.
We still order other food like Curry Katsu Don & Sakea Chawanmushi. We too hungry that time, when the food just serve, we ate and forgot to take any photo. Hehehe...

Oh My goodness! Are you VERY Chinese ?

I have an article to proof that you are Chinese or not… Read tru the article below… If you find out there are a lot points suits you, no doubt – You are Chinese! :) Have fun!

Oh My goodness! Are you VERY Chinese ?

Please check the list to see how Chinese you really are.

29 ways to know if you're Chinese.

You will laugh at yourself when you read all of them.

1. You unwrap gifts very carefully, so you can save and reuse the
wrapping (and especially those ribbons).
2. When there is a sale on toilet paper, you buy 100 rolls and
store them in your closet or in the bedroom of an adult child who
has move out.
3. You keep a Thermos of hot water available at all times.
4. You save grocery bags, tin foil, and tin containers. You use the
grocery bags to hold garbage.
5. You hate to waste food:
(a) Even if you're totally full, if someone says they're going
to throw away the leftovers on the table, you'll finish them. (Your
mom will give a lecture about starving kids in Africa)
(b) You have Tupperware in your fridge with three bites of
rice or one leftover chicken wing.
6. You don't own any real Tupperware-only a cupboard full of used
but carefully rinsed margarine tubs, take out containers, and jam jars.
7. You have a collection of miniature shampoo bottles that you take
every time you stay in a hotel.
8. You wipe your plate and utensils or wash them in a small basin
of hot water before you eat every time you go to a restaurant.
9. You own a rice cooker and a slow cooker.
10. You wash your rice at least 2-3 times before cooking it.
11. You fight (literally) over who pays the dinner bill.
12. You have a teacup with a cover on it.
13. If you're under age 20, you own a really expensive walkman if
you're over 20, you own a really expensive camera.
14. You're a wok user.
15. You only make long distance calls after 7pm.
16. You prefer your shrimp with the heads and legs still
attached-it, means they're fresh.
17. You never call your parents just to say, 'Hi.'
18. If you don't live at home, when your parents call, they'll ask
if you've eaten, even if it's midnight.
19. Your parents tell you to boil herbs and stay indoors when you
get sick. They also tell you not to eat fried foods or baked goods
because such food are 'heaty' (yeet hay in Cantonese).
20. You e-mail your Chinese friends at work, even though you only
sit 10 feet apart.
21. You always cook too much.
22. You eat every last grain of rice in your bowl, but don't eat
the last piece of food on the table.
23. You starve yourself before going to 'All You Can Eat' buffet.
24. You know someone who can get you a good deal on jewelry or
electronics, computers.
25. You own your own meat cleaver and sharpen it.
26. Your toothpaste tubes are all squeezed paper-thin.
27. You call a sausage a hotdog.
28. You wrap with napkins all the knives, spoons and forks of the
airline that you fly on and put in your travel-bag as souvenirs
29. You never forget to take with you all the unused bath and
facial tissues when you check out from the hotel because you
believe that you have paid its all.

Now that you have read the lot, are they mostly true? :)

First, I only knew today they do a farewell lunch for me. Why?! Why farewell lunch?! Are you leaving your company soon? Where you go? Okokok... Dun kan cheong... I know these are the questions come out from your mind when you see "farewell" word... Tell you la, I am not leaving company la, I just leave my current dept soon to new dept. It is called rotation job. My company encourage employees do rotation every 1.5/2 years. This is to improve employee's skill set. Good huh, can keep improving... :) Ok, back to the topic... We went to Double Good Restaurent near BJ and we ordered... let me count... 6 dishes and 1 dessert... The portion ngma ngam for 9 people. The food is taste good and everyone is satisfy... :) Photo speaks all...

Next, 2nd surprise is.... tah dahhh... Our Finance dept annual dinner will be held on next month, 7th Nov. So, each group have to do performance... There fore... I am 1 of the "lucky"1 choosen to be the main cast. What?! Who say i know how to act? I just know how to sing in Redbox, inside the room... Shit~ Do you know who nominate my name in the main cast??? Haih, without inform me, buta buta kena... I'm not a leng lui, dun hv talent, dun hv nice body shape... Why choose me har... Can reject eh but must find replacement. Where got people want to perform 1?! Really make me headache... HeadAChe... HeADacHE arrrrrrr......

So, the rehearsal will start next week then stop for 1 week then continue another 1 week. The reason we pause in the middle is because that week is Close Reporting week, all of us busy to do the report analysis... Not much time left, not sure i can manage or not... new job (learn new thing) + old job (make sure my passdown are smooth) + Rehearsal... Ish~~ beh ho seh nia... Want ki siao liao la like that...

What is the performance title? Papa mia! (The opposite version of Mamma Mia! and is popular now, KL got Mamma Mia! show at Istana Budaya, but the price not cheap). It is similar to Mamma Mia! I am given a cast called Ali (Sophie best friend). 2 questions come out from my mind, what is the story line? And, what to wear? No idea... Try to find online, hard to find the story about Mamma Mia! Sigh...
